At Light Club, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every aspect of your purchase, from our quality to our after-sales service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via email and we will be more than happy to assist.

1. Warranty

We offer a 3 month standard warranty period on all of our products. The warranty is activated automatically on the date of purchase, no further action is required. The warranty solely covers manufacturing defects. This excludes, but is not limited to, purposeful damage, water damage, and normal wear and tears.

To request a warranty claim, you may reach out to us via emailAny warranty claim will be subject to our approval. Any items returned without approval will not be entitled to an exchange. Light Club reserves the right to reject any returns deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Kindly note that it is the customer's responsibility to bear any delivery costs when returning a product. We highly recommend the use of a trackable delivery service. Light Club will not be responsible for any returns that are damaged or missing during transit. Your return will be inspected within 1 business day upon receipt. You will receive an email notification on the final status of your return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a brand new replacement.

2. Return & Exchange

You are entitled to a return and exchange if:

 

  • You received a faulty product

  • Your product does not match the website description

  • You have received the wrong product in your package

 

We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products or if the product is damaged due to customer negligence.

To be eligible for a return:

  •  Your product must be unused, uninstalled, and remain in its original packaging condition. (Including manuals, warranty cards, and any gifts received with it, if applicable).

  • You will be required to show the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days upon delivery on your items. No returns will be accepted once the 7 days lapse.
